Bismax Consulting was founded because we are passionate about using technology to work smarter, not harder.  We have gained a wealth of real-life experiences in this area, and we want to help small to medium businesses to get the most out of their ICT investments.  

We are not lawyers, accountants or financial advisors and we won't try to be something that we are not.  We know our own limits and will happily advise you to seek specialist professional advice if that is needed.

We are not Internet security specialists, but we can provide advice on some fundamental structures and strategies to help protect your systems.  When appropriate, we can guide you towards advisors and specialist services that can fulfil this important undertaking.

Executive profile:  Steve Quinn is the founder and CEO of Bismax.  Steve gained his business experiences in real-world workplaces, commencing in the 1970's.  He gained accounting qualifications in the 1980's and a degree in Information Technology in the 1990's.  Steve worked for large multi-national organisations including Amcor IT, Siemens and Hewlett Packard.  More recently, Steve worked in local government and as senior consultant for a leading Tasmanian managed services provider (MSP) where he provided consulting services to many successful Tasmanian and national businesses.  Steve has a passion for modern Microsoft technologies and SharePoint in particular.
